CATERING OPTIONS
All braais include spit roast chicken
Halaal meat is available
1. Traditional Lamb on the spit - basted
Rosemary, lemon olive oil and spice marinade -
The meat is then carved piping hot off the spit
and onto the guests plates
2. Open charcoal flame braai - Top
quality sirloin steak gold medal boerewors,
marinated chicken and home made American style
rump burgers - served with onion rings, slice
tomato and relish.
3. Buttock of Beef on the Spit - A
special oval shaped spit cooks a whole buttock
perfectly. Spit roast chicken is also included
in this menu.
4. Large Party Special for 100 persons and
over - Lamb on the spit + buttock of Beef
on the spit - included in this option is
